meet David

Born in New York, I’ve always marched to the beat of my own drummer - I've never believed in doing what's expected of me. Following my passion and whatever puts a smile on my face has always been what's pushed me. More often than not, that passion led me to the ice where I played hockey or the felt where I played poker.

At college, I studied theatre and journalism and enjoyed writing the occasional play and contributing to the sports section of the local papers. After college, I moved out to Los Angeles, where I did a bit of everything - from acting, writing and radio to investment banking, bartending, and dog training. One thing led to another and before long, I found myself moving to London. It’s a beautiful town and I fell in love. I was covering American sports (NFL and NASCAR) and poker and yes, I know how lucky I am.

Today, I'm back in Los Angeles where I've found new reasons to smile everyday; my beautiful wife, Molly, our two boys, our three (now 2 :( dogs and our two cats. (The fish died) yes, we live in a zoo. And yes, I love every second.
